To an era that you want to experience but it is long since gone, to a lost love, a sweet toothless grin (be it old or young)... it, for me anyway, brings the past {so to speak} right to your doorstep, hoping for even just a glimpse of what was but only looking at what is to be. It makes me smile ツ

ReplyDeleteI always do a clean edit first, then will sometimes use an action to enhance or bring out the emotion of a great capture. I use to rely on actions a lot, but as my PS skills grow, I rely on them less and less for corrections. I use them now to enhance -- especially the hazy look or washed out look.

The eye shine and the blonde boost are my two favorites but to be honest, they are all incredible :-)
ReplyDeleteI love actions to enhance the look of almost any photo. I especially like to use them for a "dreamy" look, or a black & white that really pops. Many child photos look great with a split tone action. I could go on and on!! I'm always looking for new ones!
